Product Introduction:
The GIPP-1500TD low-temperature spray dryer, manufactured by Shanghai Jipu, features a large color LCD touch screen for operation. It supports fully automatic or manual monitoring modes, facilitating operation and experimental process monitoring. By utilizing negative pressure to lower the solvent vaporization temperature, drying can be achieved at temperatures below the solvent boiling point, preventing heat damage to solid materials. This enables instantaneous drying of materials at low temperatures (50–80°C), providing a highly convenient and safe drying method for heat-sensitive materials, such as enzyme preparations, live bacterial fermentation broths, bioactive products, high-sugar-content natural product extracts from traditional Chinese medicine, heat-sensitive polymer materials, and substances that vaporize upon heating.
Product Features:
● The entire spray drying process is conducted in a vacuum environment, effectively reducing the drying temperature of solvent materials and solving the challenge of spray drying heat-sensitive materials.
● Instantaneous spray drying is achieved at low temperatures (50–80°C), under which easily oxidized, volatile, and heat-sensitive substances are well preserved.
● The entire machine is made of stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance. The drying system uses quick-connect interfaces for easy disassembly and cleaning.
● Operation is displayed and controlled via a color LCD touch screen with Chinese/English interface. Parameter display and settings include: inlet temperature/outlet temperature/peristaltic pump speed/airflow/needle cleaning frequency/historical records/historical curves. Two units are connected via cable without requiring separate operation. A 485 communication interface is optional.
● Built-in oil-free air compressor ensures a normal distribution of spray particle size, excellent flowability, and very low noise, meeting national laboratory noise standards.
● The two-fluid spray atomization structure is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a compact design and no need for auxiliary equipment.
● Feed rate can be adjusted via the feed peristaltic pump. A nozzle cleaner (needle) is provided to automatically clear blockages when the nozzle is clogged, with adjustable cleaning frequency.
● The drying temperature control design employs real-time PID constant temperature control technology, ensuring accurate temperature control across the entire range, with a heating control accuracy of ±1°C.
● Feed volume can be adjusted via the feed peristaltic pump, with a minimum sample volume of 30 ml.
● The dried powder product has uniform particle size, with over 95% of the powder falling within the same particle size range.
● For viscous materials, a nozzle cleaner (needle) is provided to automatically clear blockages when the nozzle is clogged, with automatically adjustable cleaning frequency.
● Operational protection function: During system operation, parameters such as oxygen concentration, condensation temperature, and filter differential pressure are monitored throughout. An automatic pressure relief device is installed.
● Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop all operations except for the fan, ensuring that the heating components are not damaged due to incorrect operation (e.g., forcibly stopping the fan).
● The equipment consists of two systems: the spray drying main unit and the vacuum low-temperature system, designed in a modular fashion for easy switching between high-temperature spray drying and vacuum low-temperature spray drying. The spray dryer main unit can be used independently with simple modifications. An interface for a solvent recovery device is reserved, allowing future upgrades for organic solvent spray drying.
