It can be customized into a combined high-and-low-temperature spray dryer (QFN-PWGD series, capable of operating within the range of 35°C to 220°C), both of which support spray drying. The low-temperature spray dryer is primarily suitable for universities, research institutes, and food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial enterprises, as well as laboratory production of micro-granular powders. It exhibits broad-spectrum applicability to solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials such as biological products, biological pesticides, and enzyme preparations. Since the sprayed material is only exposed to the drying air system when atomized into fine droplets, it undergoes rapid heating only, preserving the active components of these materials from degradation after drying. This model of spray dryer can achieve both low-temperature atomization drying at ambient temperature and dual-mode high-and-low-temperature atomization drying.

The low-temperature tank body adopts an integral foaming process, providing excellent thermal insulation performance and effectively reducing cooling loss.
The professional circulation design ensures good horizontal and vertical uniformity of the liquid within the tank, with temperature fluctuation of ±0.05°C and display resolution of 0.1°C.
The inner tank and housing are both manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and integrated with the dry air system, effectively reducing the dry air temperature.
