Product Overview:

    The ZPG series spray dryer dedicated to traditional Chinese medicine extracts is a drying equipment developed by absorbing foreign technology, suitable for traditional Chinese medicine products with low melting points and high sugar content, and features no wall sticking, no material scorching, and low hygroscopicity.     The ZPG series spray dryer dedicated to traditional Chinese medicine extracts is an application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. This drying equipment is a spray dryer specially used to solve the spray drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extraction liquids. It effectively solves the problems of wall sticking, scorching, low powder collection rate, and low output that occurred in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts with the original LPG series high-speed spray dryer.

Equipment Process Flow:

Working principle:

    After air passes through the air filter, it enters the air heater. When the air heater reaches the given temperature, the air enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. After the action of the hot air distributor, the air enters the drying chamber uniformly and in a spiral manner. At the same time, the feed liquid is atomized by the atomizer into droplets of 20~60um. When the droplets contact the hot air, they rapidly evaporate and dry into powder or granular products. A cyclone separator is used for direct collection, and then the material is transported by pneumatic conveying to the holding bin to complete the cooling and transportation of the material. The exhaust gas is discharged from the fan outlet through a water mist dust remover.

Equipment Features:

1. The tower body has a cold air jacket;

2. The tower body is equipped with an automatic rapping device;

3. The tower body and pipelines are equipped with quick-opening cleaning holes and drain holes;    

4. Automatic constant-temperature feeding tank;

5. Manual high-pressure tower washing random accessories;

6. Parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel (or fully stainless steel construction);

7. Material collection adopts a two-stage cyclone dust removal device, or a one-stage cyclone dust remover and a wet dust remover;

8. Inlet air temperature realizes automatic control and continuous device.

9. Equipped with an air sweeping device.
